Accessibility statement

Legal notice Privacy Policy Data Processing Cookie Policy Accessibility

Frame Asset Management SA regards the accessibility of its website as part of service quality: information on mandates, periodic publications and contact details must be available to everyone, whatever their visual, motor or cognitive abilities and whatever tools they use to browse.

Reference standard

The site is developed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, the international standard also referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and by Swiss digital accessibility practice.

Conformance status

Partially conformant. The public pages meet the level AA criteria that were verified; some limitations remain and are listed transparently below. The site is therefore not declared fully conformant.

Measures taken

  • Text resizing. Pages adapt to 200% zoom and beyond without loss of content or functionality; no setting prevents zooming on mobile devices.
  • Contrast. Text colours have been verified against solid backgrounds; on photographic sections the legibility scrim behind text has been strengthened.
  • Keyboard navigation. Every control is reachable with the Tab key alone, with a high-contrast focus indicator that remains visible over photographs. The drawer menu traps focus and closes with Esc. A "Skip to content" link bypasses the header.
  • Reduced motion. When the operating system reports the "reduce motion" preference, parallax, rotations, scroll reveals, the opening intro and the market ticker are switched off; only short state transitions remain.
  • Market ticker. Scrolling can be paused with a dedicated control, and the values are available to screen readers.
  • Target size. Controls meet the minimum size required by criterion 2.5.8; menu items, contact details and legal links have a target at least 44 pixels high.
  • Forms. Every field has an associated label, required fields are also marked in text, and errors appear in a summary announced by assistive technology, with a direct link to the field to correct.
  • Information not conveyed by colour alone. Market changes carry a symbol as well as a colour; form errors combine icon, text and border.
  • High contrast and forced colours. The site responds to the "increase contrast" and "reduce transparency" settings and to Windows forced-colours mode.
  • Semantic structure. Headings in hierarchical order, landmarks (header, main content, footer), declared language and structured data for search engines.
  • Robustness. Content remains visible even if JavaScript does not run.

Known limitations

  • Text over photographs. Contrast has been strengthened with legibility scrims, but on highly varied images it cannot be guaranteed at every single point. The system "increase contrast" setting is supported and further darkens those backgrounds.
  • PDF documents. The "Monthly Outlook", "DeskNews" and press review publications are PDF documents, partly from external sources, not all of which carry an accessible structure. On request the content can be supplied in an alternative format.
  • Map. The office map is a third-party component (Google Maps) loaded only after explicit consent. The full address is available as text on the same page.
  • Market ticker. It shows indicative, non real-time values and is ancillary content: it carries no information required to use the site.
  • Professional investor area and internal management panel. These are outside the scope of this statement.

Assessment method

The assessment was carried out as a self-assessment, with manual keyboard-navigation testing and instrumented checks of contrast ratios, text sizes and target sizes across all public pages, in Italian and English. An independent certified audit and testing with assistive-technology users have not yet been carried out.
